Some patients will require testing before checking into the hospital. Your Doctor / Consultant will provide you with the required information.
 Home Care Services
If you anticipate that you will require home care after you are discharged from the hospital, please discuss this with the Doctor / Consultant. Later, when you are in the hospital, ask to speak to the home care nurse..
 What to Bring
We recommend that you bring very few personal items with you to the hospital. All that you will really need are:

A photo Identification and proof of your current home address

A cash for registration, consultation fees or sundry items and to pay any out-of-pocket expenses such as co-payments and deductibles.
